The scope of works includes:
- Complete architectural and MEP fit-out for both floors, including the kitchen and coffee preparation zones.
- Hardscape and softscape landscaping, featuring terraces, paving, green areas, and lighting poles.
- Infrastructure works such as asphalt paving, manholes, trenches, and underground utility networks.
- Supply and installation of generators, louvers, and façade elements integrated within the architectural design.
